The changing of pots and pans together. Like when you’re putting pots away then a lid falls and hits the other pans.

This for sure. Chewing gum should not be a group activity.
Pretty much any sound of chewing or swallowing.
Also can’t stand any sound involving mucus traveling around or out of somebody. Sniffling, blowing nose, clearing throat, the sound before somebody hocks a loogie.

Styrofoam squeaking, especially fingernails on it.
People clipping fingernails--do that shite in private people. This one has grown worse over the years. I can barely do my own unless right out of the shower.
