If they know so much about him, why can't they identify him?

Why would the cops side with the rioters now by lying? This doesn't make sense but what does at this point.

Take a step back and think about this. Even if the guy were a white supremacist, that would hardly absolve the rioters of guilt. I’m imagining the defense in court.. “your honor, I had no choice but to burn down Target - Walmart was already on fire!”

I’ll believe this guy is a white supremacist when the police release actual evidence to that effect. If it’s true, though, it’s certainly relevant to the extent that it’s valuable for society to understand the players involved and their motivations. But it’s not relevant to the guilt/innocence of other rioters.

Did you read the whole article you posted? They know his name; they just haven't released it... "the police account, which has so far only surfaced in the search warrant, and isn't naming the man because so far he has not been charged with a crime. The man, who has a criminal history that includes convictions of domestic violence and assault, did not respond to messages seeking comment."

Yea sure they do

He hasn’t been charged with a crime even though they blame him for burning down a building and starting all the riots..... ok

If you don’t think something sounds fishy I don’t know what to tell you. And as far as evidence of white supremacy, where is it?

Sounds like a Bubba Smollett story

The people left at the MPD want their jobs instead of getting laid off if the voters vote to dismantle the PD.
They will paint any picture you put in front of them to keep their jobs.

Just like the Atlanta Police chief who resigned still has a job working for the city. They are puppets.

I do see the city doing this, yes. Just wouldn't think the MPD would be on board with it. I figured the MPD and the rest of the city would be at extreme odds with each other.

Don't underestimate just how crazy most of the US has become.

Did you? They know the umbrella guy broke some windows and helped incite riots, but the only thing they know about his identity came from an “email tip” which tied him to the Hells Angels and also another incident of intimidating a muslim woman and her four year old daughter at a malt shop.

They haven't identified him, they're just trying to wind the flames because their base is responsible for all of the destruction. You won't hear about umbrella man again until after November.

suspected of ties to...
Not “is” a white supremacist

Relatively peaceful...
1% peaceful and 99% violent is “relatively“ lower than 0% peaceful and 100% violent

Word games to promote the narrative

So if they know who he is then arrest his arse no matter what his ideology. Along with all the other rioters. We don't care about their thoughts, just their actions. Like the DOORS said in the song, it's my brain and I think what I want. Don't be a thought policeman. But actions should have consequences.

The media has been running these "white supremacists posing as Antifa" bullshite stories for months. Here's a recent one.

Police: Richmond riots instigated by white supremacists disguised as Black Lives Matter

No proof, no names or verified connections to any hate groups. Just bullshite word play. If it was real, MSNBC and CNN would be screaming it from the rooftops 24/7.

Here's the real local story.

Police arrest more than 20 during violent weekend in Richmond
quote:

Smith said that the groups that took part were clearly there to incite violence — and says he believes ANTIFA took part in the protest and listed the ‘Boogaloo Boys’ as one of the groups present.
That was it, some vague, unproven mention of "boogaloo boys" and the shill sites filled in the rest.

And stupid people believe it.

So we can easily believe a guy born in the 30s is personally making phone calls from Budapest to Home Depot and ordering pallets of bricks to be delivered to protest sites, but we can’t fathom the thought of some low IQ white supremacist a-hole busting windows hoping to incite crowds?
