Mindfulness programs in schools

If you have kids in school, ask them if the educators are pushing mindfulness on them.
Basically, this is some bark at the moon Eastern Religious bullshite.
Kids are discouraged from praying, but a shite ton of federal and local dollars are being spent on programs like this.

Mindfulness is prayer. It’s prayer as a lifestyle. And Christians could stand to learn a lot from eastern spiritual traditions if they weren’t so closed minded.

Mindfulness does not discourage prayer. You may want to educate yourself before making a fool of yourself. There are many Christian meditative practices.
