Better educated.
Getting a useless degree doesn't equal better educated as a whole. And sure as hell doesn't mean you are even smart.

They will come out better in a decade.
In my opinion, it will even out more as more baby boomers retire. That will create something of a vacuum in management positions, and Millennials along with GenX will accelerate up the ladder.

What do you mean they’re hoarding money?
Again, do you want them to keep it (no), spend it (no), or give it away (apparently no)? So what do you want them to do with it, bleed it away on employee wages that can’t give them a good return?
By no means am I advocating boomers go hand out their money on the side of the road. I was implying that boomers were able to get their foot in the door to an industry much easier than anyone has it today (no 5 rounds of interviews, background check, drug tests, prior experience or qualifications). They are now running these companies and 'hoarding' the profits, creating the wealth gap we see today

Oh and once these millennials' baby boomer parents die, they inherit that wealth.

Dude I'm a Millennial. Most of my friends parents, baby boomers, gave them money for cars, computers, education, bought their houses, spent thousands on weddings, help take care of their kids, help pay for private school.
Just because your parents suck, doesn't mean all baby boomers suck. They have given everything to their fricking kids.

That helped them build character so by the time they were 30, they were grown ups whereas most (not all) mills are still children into their late 20's.
That generation was built on debt.
It is ok though.
They are rich in character.

Are you seriously copy/pasting the post I’m responding to right back at me?
Explain how they’re hoarding money.
They’re saving and investing their money.
You are not something worth investing in and you’re mad about it.
Be mad, no one owes you anything kid.
If you really want something to be mad about, be mad about taxes, that’s actually someone taking away money from someone who earned it because they had something of value to give to someone else.

They don't own homes? Vehicles, property, basically anything that could be turned into pure profit from their children?

I bought my first car from working through highschool. But if I needed help with something they weren't going to say no.
I could go live for free at my grandparents house, it's just out in the country, my mom never sold it after her parents died. But guess what? It will go to my brother and I when the time comes for that.
And we aren't rich, my mom was an elementary school teacher and my dad a chef. They never made over 100k a year combined.

Did it list anything about them not wanting to work real jobs but instead be a social influencer?
