Food-wise probably so. Employment-wise no

Go find a local sports bar if that's what you want.

By a million. Anything I've ever had at Top Golf was actually really good.

For an entity where the food is secondary, I agree. Usually I'd pass on the chance to eat while at somewhere like Top Golf, but it's a viable option.

Top golf has great food. Burgers are awesome, flatbreads are great, I love the appetizers. I could eat the tots with the chipotle aioli all day.

WW is expensive, if anything. It's more expensive than pluckers in BR and basically any random sports bar. The quantity of TVs is the only thing it has going for it.

Yeah, that’s the thing. These chains are not even cheap. It went to Olive Garden as kind of a joke since I’d never been. It was like $80 for two people including wine. I could’ve gone to a local Italian restaurant and dined for the same price.

We had a gift card for Olive Garden so we went and it was like $15 a plate for that shitty food.

My BYOB Italian place is way better and half the price.

Wings, fries, and a beer of soft drink is like $20-25 at BWW. Ridiculous.

I think BWW is delicious. It's actually one of my favorite meals. The atmosphere and service sucks though.

Soon enough we will live in food Mecca that only contains local farm to table, gluten free food with every craft beer imaginable. Gen Z and millennials will finally live in happiness knowing trashy chains are gone

Last two times I dined at Buffalo Wild wings the service was terrible and the food was mediocre for the price. Not sure millennials are to blame here.

Isn’t it mostly millennials who are cooking the food and waiting the tables at these places?

Amazon is killing a lot of these establishments. They are located near shopping centers where people go less and less. People also shop less on their lunch breaks because of Amazon. These are times when people would not necessarily dine on finer foods but grab something "casual".

I will say, as a millenial, I often do not fit any of the stereotypes.

I hate video games, work hard, have no student loans, own a home, etc.

But the wife and I really, REALLY try to avoid big chains restaurants and try to eat locally owned places. Obviously road trips are a bit different as we need fast food sometimes.

But we buy local beer, local meat and dairy, and eat almost exclusively at locally owned restaurants when we eat out in Nashville (which is obviously super easy to do because of our city).

We also cook a whole lot and try new recipes and try to use local farmers market ingredients whenever we can, which actually can be very cheap.

I hope the world moves towards that mindset more.

This is a good thing yeah? Chains suck for the most part.

Yes and no, but if the chains started closing down, its not like a bunch of mom and pop shops will pop up everywhere. You cant make money just owning one restaurant these days.

The chains bring shite load of options and jobs to the community that wouldnt be there otherwise.

See like this right here. You do know some of those chains are owned by locals right? its called franchising.

So a place like walk ons, Would you never eat there? It's a chain, a local chain, but they have several locations around the country now.

This is actually very true. Less and less people going to these shopping centers where a lot of these places are located.

I would only go there for a beer or two

The food is your typically fried food they serve in a bar. Nothing that's great, I don't wake up the day saying man, I can't wait to go to dinner at the bdubs tonight
