It’s not murder, it’s suicide.

A coworker's wife is a manager at an Applebees in a small town. He says it's doing well financially. It seems around here, the applebees with less competition are doing OK, it's the ones where there are lots of options that are not making it.

Chili's is better than all of them.
They used to be better until they changed out their menu. They ditched some damn good burgers for something else that I have no need for.

Do you sit in the same booth each week?
You should have named your sons 'Dr. Quinn' and 'Medicine Woman'.

So it’s millennials fault that these chains overcharge for shitty food?
Wanting to cook at home and eat something a bit healthy is now bad?
Millennials suck, but this one is a bit of a reach.

Just for the record, I'm a late Boomer and I don't eat at BWW or Applebee's or Chili's or Ruby Tuesday's or Walk-On's or...

Did the waitress intentionally put onions on your steak last time?

BWW is just fine for what it is. It’s a halfway decent sports bar that you can kill some time in, no matter what city you’re in. Some of y’all act like you’re expecting to be a judge on Top Chef every time you sit down for a meal. The reason you probably get shitty service at a place like this is because you’re one of those douches who ask for tasting notes on every “craft” beer on their menu, and then make the server stand there while you take forever “thinking it over.”
A decent sports bar needs 4 things:
1. Pretty good wings
2. Pretty cheap beer
3. Lots of TV’s
4. Waitresses whose name ends in an “i”
BWW isn’t winning any awards anytime soon but it’s far from terrible.

Absolutely NONE of this upsets me. Thanks for the good news from the home front.

I've been to BWW a handful of times.
Every single time the wait for drinks is slow, tables don't get cleaned the entire time you're there. The food is average at best, it's cheaper than other places to watch a game that's about the only good thing.

I would just like to say that this is one of those times when being at fault is actually a desirable thing.

The only thing BWW has going for it is they have pretty good prices on domestic draught beer.

That's the thing, it's pretty terrible.
If it had Chili's level food it'd be fine. Top Golf food is better than BWW.

Also for the people that need to watch 72 sporting events at once
Think they cater to MMA trash too

THis is dumb.
Bfww is different than all those other crap places.
Who doesn’t like to go sit down have a tall boy and some wings watching sports?

I went once. I could get over the crap food, but the cliental was total trash and the service sucked.
It's kind of what dooms the service at a place like this. Your trash customers are going to come in and sit for three hours watching a game, eating wings, and ordering cheap beer. So the server is not going to turn tables while dealing with assholes who will leave a $3 tip on a $20 tab.
