Sorry I'm not cutting a block of $20 Gruyure aged in the Swiss Alps to put on my buttered bunny bread.

This.
I legit have more than a dozen kinds of cheeses from all over the world in my house at all times.
But American is what is ALWAYS going to go on a grilled cheese or a fried egg sandwich.

This is what I grew up eating with my country folk family. They would buy that cheap arse sliced cheese and the low end salami and put it on crackers and think they were doing something nice.
