If it is a two seat row and it is me and wife and or kids, I will take the window bc I can sleep better against the wall versus getting bumped around by the flight attendants up and down the aisle. If alone, aisle every time.

If I want to attempt to sleep, I pick the window. Just had a few 11 hour flights for work. I'm not risking putting in the effort to sleep and then getting woken up for a bathroom run by others in my row. Then I can't get back asleep and have 9 hours left.
