That is the rule. Middle seat gets both. Window seat leans to the the window and aisle seat gets the aisle.

I know it's the rule, but why do we reward the middle seat people? Nowadays, if you're not in the middle seat, it means you either booked ahead of time or paid extra. Why am I giving up common room to the guy guy that booked last minute or didn't want to spend the extra $12.

Im fine giving up armrest to middle seat, as long as they arent fat.

Its not a reward. Its all they get. you get the wall/aisle. let them have arm rests. also very rarely do i find myself resting naturally with both arms on an armrest like someone in an electric chair.

Boarded a flight with my wife recently. She takes the window I take the aisle and we hope we end up with an empty middle seat. Doesn’t always work. When we boarded the middle seat guy was in the window seat and tried the I’m already here so we don’t you just sit in the middle. Yeah, didn’t go so well for him. He reluctantly moved to the middle then did everything he could to make it uncomfortable for the row. The more we ignored his bs the more irritated he got till he finally fell in line.

I booked early. I get the aisle. I have two arms, I get two armrests. frick the late booking cheap bitch in the middle. Rewarding bad behavior is why we are in the situation we are in these days. I bet they book earlier next time.

Take the armrest, I don't have a problem with that. But when your elbow is my side, I have to take some issue. Two flights last weekend, the little man in the middle was a problem.
