I was thinking of this after hearing all the random reports and locations of shots fired on the scanner, unfortunately there's likely no way to limit a location of who can call in reports rn. Could easily be some psychotic degenerates calling in fake reports from BFE to try and maximize the carnage.

Yep. Scared students in dorms hearing someone taking a dump thinking it's a gunshot down the hall.
Cops walking around with no identifying clothing isn't helping.
