Lulz.

1) He started the whole incident.
2) He shot a guy who was backing away from him. That’s not self defense.

The guy is a POS and should do time.

Or the guy that was shot was defending his girlfriend or wife, who was attacked by the shooter.

The girlfriend was NOT attacked by the shooter. He simply told her she was breaking the law and civil accord, which she was. Mcglockton turned the altercation physical without knowing the situation. I also agree the shooter is somewhat responsible as Mcglockton was backing away when the gun came out.

He was up in her face yelling at her. Give me a break. The guy is an a-hole that was looking for trouble.

“Somewhat responsible”?

He shouldn’t have shoved him but in no way should shoving someone be a death sentence.

Second degree has an element of planning and carrying out a plan to a certain degree meaning.

This was a sticking point in a jury trial I was in. The heat of passion reduction, if construed too liberally, will defeat the purpose of second degree murder.

He was not up in her face. She was in the car and he was standing a good 5 -8 feet away. Are you a far left liberal?
Words are now considered an "attack"?

Why must the media stress the race of the parties

he was pushed down and the "attack" or threat was seemingly over.... granted, I'm not saying he shouldn't have been ready in case there was further aggression. blasting somebody after the fact just doesn't sit well with me...

as has been said numerous times, neither of these dudes were without fault, but for one of them to be dead and the other to alter his life forever was unwarranted and stupid

First off you can’t shoot a man and kill him bc you got owned in an altercation.

Secondly ....why is it when white people are involved as the aggressor in a story that victim is black, the media makes sure everyone knows the people involved race?
Black on black meh...
Black on white ... meh
White in white meh...

White on black?? fricking jackpot !

The main thing everyone should take away from this is NEVER GET YOURSELF TIED UP IN A shite FESTIVAL LIKE THIS!

No way, no how.

If he had that big of an issue with this inconsiderate person taking up a handicapped parking spot, he should have written down her plate number and called the cops. He injected himself into an EASILY AVOIDABLE situation. STUPID-!

And now someone is dead, and his life is likely ruined- and over what?? Yes- the guy flashed and assaulted him. But that would not have happened had he used his brain.

Avoid unnecessary crap like this. You'll be happier for it.

he is clearly stepping backwards and not a threat when Drejka pulled the trigger.

How is one to come to a conclusion that he "not a threat" when he clearly just demonstrated the means and intent to cause bodily harm and in fact had already committed one such act.

Don't illegally park in a handicap spot, and dont take off in a sprint and shove an old guy to the ground and you should be ok lol. Prior to Drejka pulling his gun, Markeis was on his way to dismantle that olds mans face! Play stupid games win stupid prizes.
