Marriage is dead, for American women. Nobody wants to marry a narcissistic, insecure, ignorant, materialistic, domineering bitch. There is a French billionaire and he refuses to date American women. All they do is suck the life out of you.
Good women aren't easy to find. Neither are good dudes. Too many red-pilled dudes end up jaded and hate women. This actually prevents them from finding relationships with quality women. They just go around treating all women like shite (which is warranted in some instances) and trying to get laid. There's no substance to many of these dudes. Why would a quality woman want you? The easiest thing to do, as you see with many red-pilled dudes, is to blame someone else for your problems. It's beta behavior.

Let myself go after marriage? Baw I was letting go before marriage and still got a hot wife. And she hasn't gotten fat either!

We tie so much of our efforts of keeping in shape to attracting a mate, but that's only part of the reason why we should live a healthy lifestyle.
The human body wasn't meant to sit in a chair in front of a computer 8 hours a day nor was it meant to consume copious amounts of highly processed foods in large portions, but that is the world we live in. Some people never work out and eat whatever they want yet remain healthy and good looking their whole lives thanks to just good genes. For the rest of us, we may be diagnosed with cancer tomorrow or die in a car accident regardless of what we eat and how much we exercise, but remaining sedentary and not paying attention to what you eat is only hurting us.
Eating a proper diet more so than exercising is a hard thing to do because we are inundated with garbage food that is usually much cheaper than what is actually beneficial to us.
I understand exercise being difficult too as going to the gym for an hour or two after work is literally the last thing I want to do after 5 PM, but at the very least, it doesn't hurt to take a morning run or just buy a treadmill to keep your heart rate down.

Looking for excuses why your life sucks eh..

Just giving your as-usual sanctimonious thread a larger human truth. Aging takes from you in ways far more significant than the wafer- thin concern you have for fitting in your college jeans. As for staying physically attractive to your spouse, you can only maintain what you have as best as you can. But don't think gravity is going to spare you somehow. So you better bring a lot more to the table for your spouse than how many push-ups you can do.

Then do so. I'm talking to the dudes who aren't. Your soapbox message is completely irrelevant. Telling someone they will one day reach middle age is not illuminating.

How excited were you to hit the "submit" button for this one?

I was one of these guys. My weight fluctuated during college and after. You could say I was chubby. True store about 8 years ago wife and I been married about 2.5 years I had blown up to about 235, I'm about 5'8 so I was big.
One night after dinner I got an ice cream sandwich, my wife who does take care of herself (no pics) stopped amd said and I quote" have you looked at yourself lately"? I paused and said nothing she continued and said " if you want to continue to eat like crap and not take care of yourself that's your choice, but if you have a heart attack or stroke, b/c you aren't taking care of yourself I'm out the door an you are on your own.
8 years later the gym and exercise is a daily part of mine and my wife's life and I am holding firm at around 175. Healthy and happy. Guess my point is sometimes
someone's gotta just tell you like it is.

Nah. You have a few good points.... but you sound like a narcissist

I got married so I could eat whatever I wanted and get fat.

Well maybe not to you. You are just doing your daily superman-bullet-proof thread where you demonstrate how proud you are of yourself for having it all figured out and condescending to those you imagine don't . All your threads demonstrate the same hubris. Age will assuage you of this tendency .

Women aren't as into looks as men are. There are a lot of other things that women look for in a man that may keep them content enough to not cheat.
Security, money, having children and being a good dad. I've seen women stick it out with slobs because they were hard workers and took care of the kids.
Sex isn't everything in a marriage.
Which is why I won't be getting married

but women get more ripped about it than men...there are some real slobbie males out there

I have opinions but I'm far from believing that I "have it all figured out." If you disagree with a stated position, tell me why. Responding to this topic as if it all the topics I've ever created, is not a useful way to disagree with the topic at hand.

I didn't read everything but serious, Pecker do you have kids? I felt the same way in my 20s, now that I'm in my 30s with 2 kids under 4 I see why. Its easy to say "how hard is it to run 4 days a week" when you are in your 20s. But when you have a kid that wakes up twice a night, you gotta be at work early, and then take care of the kids the rest of the day when you get home its not early.
When you first have kids and you are also working on a career, time is tight. Really really tight. If both of you work, its not easy.
I've always eaten well so that helps, but I'm not gonna lie I drank too much when my kids were little. Never close to being an alcoholic, but enough to not want to work out when I'd have a beer or 2 with dinner and want to be lazy. Or too much on Friday night to want to wake up at 6 to work out before I had a day of family activities.

No way. I understand what you are saying though.
-get married - ok
-eat like shite - nope
-be chubby - nope
-have children - 2
-be fat - nope
-no sex - never an issue
The BBC is lurking - Not when BWC is on hand!
People just get "comfortable". It's sad, but true. No one should sacrifice their health and subsequent longevity because they are married.
