From what I’m aware, the city has kept a Pontalba apartment for years that the mayor can presumably use basically as he or she sees fit. Wouldn’t be much in the way of “records” concerning how Teedy may see fit to use it, I’d imagine.

As someone mentioned earlier, the City of New Orleans fully owns one side of the Pontabla and the State owns the other side. They each rent out the vast majority of the apartments, but keep one or two for “official” purposes, which are typically deemed for the mayor and governor respectively.
I’m just assuming Teedy is “officially” using hers now, but I have no idea. Maybe she’s got some other hook up elsewhere.

Not as she sees fit. Maybe things have changed but the apartment was always meant to be used for official business of the office. Entertaining vip’s etc.
Latoya has been allegedly living there and not at her home. She is seen out around the quarter and downtown at restaurants with an entourage.
I’m sure she sees no wrongdoing but Latoya Cantrell is milking the city while it burns.
