I don’t give a damn about the situation. I will acknowledge that the guy was an a-hole and what he did was in bad taste. It also missed the clever humor of the idea for the float, but he will have to talk to the other riders about that, if it ever comes up. Nothing needs to be done. It’s Mardi Gras and assholes have a place throwing and catching beads in New Orleans too.

Let's state facts, yet again. No matter how much sky screaming you do these things don't change.
1. Riders have been tying all kinds of things to beads for a very long time. Dolls, stuffed animals, roses, underwear, etc.
2. There were both white and black barbies on beads.
3. The beads were not nooses, didn't look like nooses, weren't tied like nooses, nothing.
4. There's no other complaints about this except for it being "racism".
So how did the guy know what he was doing? You mean, like all other float riders do with their throws?
