They offered replacement lenses at $XX but they would throw new screws in "for free".
I crushed them and left them on the desk at The Optical Shoppe where I bought them,
Settle down psycho

Bought a pair a few months ago and don’t plan on buying another brand
After Maui, Smith are my favorite. Their ChromaPop lenses are awesome and you can find them for pretty cheap if you're flexible (100ish).

Maui Jim’s have the best lenses but they do break easily.

Hobies are like $60, maybe a little less at Costco. What I use for fishing.

When is national sunglass repair week? Looks like national sunglass day is June 27th. Wonder if they coincide.
It may have been that I sent then in on or around the day.
Worth a shot. It was around this time that I sent them in.

Had a pair of costas for a few years now and they’re starting to get bad…
Bought a pair of Maui Jim’s as a replacement when my costas bite the dust.
Hope I don’t have the problem you have OP

Had one of the arms on my Maui's come off and I lost the screw. Shipped them back and they replaced everything except for the frames for less than $50. It would have been free to just replace the screw and both brackets, but I'd beaten up the frames pretty good and was looking at getting new ones anyway.
Saved me a couple hundred in the end.
ETA: These are the glasses I use for golf and fishing so I use the wrap frame which protects the lenses.

Get some Oahu Bob’s. You won’t regret it.

I had a pair break at the temple. Fixed for $10. Had that pair for another 5 years until a branch knocked them off my head and I stepped on them. Oh and like others said, sent them back in a new case.
I bought another pair of Maui Jim's but a diff style and I've had them for 7 years now without them breaking.

They were the BEST service I experienced from most any company. 2 times they repaired damage that I caused for very cheap. Good luck.

Oh, well I send mine to Maui Jim, not the franchised retail store.

I've had a pair of Raybands for 5 years and drop them all the time. Never had an issue.

I've owned Suncloud, MJ and Costa. Saying that, I'll keep buying the Sunclouds every two to three years. Good glasses for a decent price. I'm too hard on stuff to keep buying 200$+ sunglasses.
Y'all have me intrigued on these Smith glasses though.
