I use to live over (left 2017) there and there were always a lot of people there and really nice cars. Always thought there were drugs there

I know Franciso. Not like in a hang out with him sorta way. We used to go to the same gym. He did not hide the money well. I know there are a few more people tied to him that are probably clenching their cheeks right now.

Francisco used to own Omni construction (what I suppose now was a money laundering front). They redid the stucco on my house several years ago. Wasn’t your typical Latino doing stucco. He was well dressed, fit, and very smooth. Told me about his wealthy dad in Miami who bought him the exotic cars & how a family friend sold him the Lakeshore house for cheap. Later on, I had some issues with some of the work, the guy never would respond.

A crew of drug dealers that served as a major supplier of heroin and cocaine in East Baton Rouge Parish routinely exchanged dope at run-of-the mill places throughout the region, like Walmart parking lots and outside the Mall of Louisiana, prosecutors allege in a recently unsealed indictment.
A federal grand jury indicted six members of the drug ring on drug-related charges tied to racketeering, money laundering amid allegations that they trafficked hundreds of kilos of cocaine and heroin throughout the state for years.
Prosecutors allege some of the drugs were stored at a house on East Lakeshore Drive and then later sold at a Siegen Lane car wash and an auto parts store on Airline Highway. One meeting at a "burger spot" on College Drive was moved to a "taco place" near Essen Lane, the government said. One financial transaction occurred at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Gonzales, the indictment said.

The whole thing was sealed for a while.
Palma had been listed in Plaquemines Parish Prison roster for a month and then went dark on the VineLink site to track prisoners (sealed or working with Feds).
