He is part of the reason why crime is out of control but he is trying to be or sound a bit tougher lately. Or at least till the Rice story goes away. We would rather watch football all day on Saturdays.
Hillar Moore does not get a free pass just because he is nice.

I remember this guy now. He used to hang out w a lot of my friends who are into fast cars and big boats. I was wondering why I hadn't seen him in a few years.
