We called him B-Low in high school.
There are a bunch of pictures of Francisco with well-known folks from Baton Rouge.
There's one of him with Kip, several with Leo Verde, and even Shaq.

Francisco was very flashy. I am really surprised one of his best friends from New Orleans wasn’t arrested. He sold phone cases but always had lots of money and flaunted it.
