Well clearly ICE is at fault. The person that committed this crime was so stressed and upset at ICE being in the city that they went into a psychosis and didn’t truly know what they were doing. ICE must be held responsible for this tragedy

Can we go back to the "dude mad at his bitch wife?" era of mass shooters.

The only answer is to defund and abolish the police. Then no more will be attacked and killed.

* Local reports indicate Johnson had at least 34 prior court cases, including previous drug- and domestic-related arrests. Not all 34 were necessarily criminal arrests.
* In 2018, he was accused of assaulting a sibling and allegedly said he had a gun and was “not afraid to shoot people in the face.”
* He pleaded guilty to property destruction in that case, served four days in jail and received probation. The judge reportedly said Johnson had “anger issues.”
* In March 2026, he allegedly assaulted another resident at Loring Towers.
* On June 11, he allegedly walked through the building openly carrying a gun, entered the management office armed and told residents he had obtained a new gun and “would kill someone.”
* Two days later, he allegedly flashed the gun at additional people outside the building.
* Management filed to evict him in late June. Johnson denied the allegations, and his hearing was scheduled for September 11.
* Minneapolis police acknowledged that they were already familiar with him before Wednesday’s shooting

So we knew he was a criminal who had temper issues and consistently threatened murder, yet we let him out of prison. Our system continues to work against upstanding citizens for the sake of lowlife scum.

Defunding the police would put a stop to this kind of madness

Being that he lives in Minnesota, I’d say he votes via mail-in ballot. And does so multiple times each election. And there is a good chance he doesn’t even know he’s voted at all.
