Clearly the solution to the issue is to outlaw evictions. If the evil landlords didn't move to evict this Kang he would have never followed through on his repeated threats of violence.

Minnesota's spending on police and law enforcement is actually since they cut spending for it in 2020, but not because they changed their values....so many officers retired or quit and went elsewhere that they have to pay massive amounts of overtime just to get adequate staffing.
It's almost like if you villainize people just trying to do their job (one which helps the entire community) they will go somewhere they are actually appreciated.

I wonder how many Muslims he was assaulting and who issued the eviction notice? Several traditionally black gangs have been being pushed out by Somali gangs.

It's the one city where the mayor does not want the cops to get involved. Outside of this event, it's probably a safe job with good retirement benefits.
