Most had baby boomers until 1963. Not that any of it matters and I did see gen x the other day in 1961 and I don't consider myself gen x
What is after 2003 considered so I can pigeon hole my kids?

Damn, I didn't realize I agreed so much with Martha Stewart.

It sucks that I am considered a millennial just because of my birthdate.
Why does it matter? Has it affected you at all?

Martha Stewart could still get it.

I'm sorry, but this is such bull shite. Someone born in 1976 would be 41 right now. That's clearly Gen X.
I just did a quick Google search of what defined a "Millennial." I didn't agree with the years it stated, but I know that my DOB fell inside of each of those ranges.
I agree, being labeled a millennial is still better than being labeled part of the snowflake generation, but often times, as in the link in the OP, the two are confused.

generation job-shy Millennials are lazy, self-indulgent and lack the initiative to be successful, warns lifestyle guru Martha Stewart
So to be more clear. I am not job-shy, lazy, self-indulgent, nor do I lack the initiative to be successful.
I am 30 years old, with a house, and vehicle. I have paid off all my student loans, and have been promoted three times in the last two years.
I am also the most humble person I know, which is evident based on that last statement!

They aren't lazy because it takes a lot of time and energy to be offended by everything all the time.

I'm just saying..I'm a millennial, but I do my own thing and do what I need to do to get ahead in the world. I don't care how people perceive my generation because in the end, as long as if I do things right, it won't affect me.

Gen Snowflake's historical idol:
It's a pretty sharp divide, and most recognized that this was the first true Snowflake graduating class. These people weren't graduating in these kind of droves 5 years ago.

Stewart misses 1958.

Man, I hope that moniker doesn't stick for the post-millennials.
On the bright side, it won't take much to get ahead at your chinese-run factory of the future.

I don't think SJWs are lazy. I think they are efficient. They have found a way to use technology, the media, corporations, and our government entities to their advantage to accomplish what they want without work. The rub isn't that they are gaming the system. The rub is that it the system can be gamed.
Don't hate the players, hate the game. They wouldn't be doing this if it weren't working.

I find it funny that people like her who would "never" generalize based on religion or race feel perfectly comfortable generalizing an entire generation of people. I think it's just as dumb, if not more so.
Posted on 7/13/16 at 11:19 am to OMLandshark
Yeah, I think you're right. 23-34 year olds are a bunch of small government patriots.

Did she figure this out while in prison for securities fraud?

Yea I get it, but you have to admit it still sucks that 100 years from now, nobody will see what YOU did, they will lump you in with this God forsaken generation.
