Sad. Downed power lines close to the foothills where the wind was strongest is being reported as the spark. I think Xcel Energy is about to be facing massive lawsuit(s), similar to PG&E is for the Dixie Fire in California, which could cost them over a billion dollars.

Those on Xcel in the mountains are getting rolling blackouts tonight so they can keep their natural gas system working. Just got an alert on my phone.
