By far the worst thing he could do is bring more attention to himself. He's bluffing.
I don't know enough about defamation to know whether they'll focus on the truthfulness of "small" or "one and a quarter inches."
I can't wait to see his attorney make the alternative argument that 1.25" isn't small with a straight face.

Sometimes people “just know” they are meant to be together. I dates my wife for six months before proposing to her and we were married 6 months after. November made 14 years we’ve been together. But we actually communicate with each other, like spending time with each other, and never let disagreements get anywhere close to an actual argument.
Nowadays people are so quick to just end things right away and for those types of people, yes they need to stay with someone for years before getting married. We both had the mindset that we didn't do the break up get back together bullshite so many people do. In my opinion, if you truly feel like a disagreement is so bad that you have to break up with me, then good luck in life, no hard feelings, but just remember that once you say we are done, we are done and theres no getting back together.
In regard to this guy not disclosing his condition, I think its a total dick move and she definitely has grounds for a quick annulment. If she showed the respect towards him of waiting till marriage, he should have had enough respect for her to disclose his situation. Once again, honesty always wins out in the end.
