I would think 3 inches would also be a deal breaker. If it isn't at least 5, you will probably have some issues

Under old English law a woman who did anything to enhance her looks before marriage could be grounds for ruling the marriage void.
Ie
Stuffing her bra
Cosmetics
Artificial body parts (like legs or arms)
Missing body parts (like not disclosing a leg was missing and concealing it with a dress)
It is why I believe you should always have sex in the bright daylight and sober so you know (and remember) what you are actually getting. I do think if you have a sex change and do not disclose it prior to wedding it should be voidable. To be fair, it should apply to men as well. If you advertise a hard 8 and only have a hard 4 you ned to not lie and stuff your shorts with a sock.

I don't think Griner can win this as being a basketball player makes them a public figure and they lose some legal standing because of this.
While Brit should have disclosed the Vienna Sausage dick it is still pretty uncool for the bride to go public about it. Same on both of them for not handling this better.
Just to be fair a woman could have bee stings for boobs and everybody would defend her right to privacy and acceptance of the marriage.
