I have searched the liveleaks of the world but never found a video.
There are tons of electricity fatalities on there. People falling on live wires, a wire falls off the pole and charges the water and people step into the water and die etc etc

Zagorski was convicted of an April 1983 double slaying. Prosecutors said Zagorski shot John Dotson and Jimmy Porter and then slit their throats after robbing the two men after they came to him to buy marijuana.
Yeah, real cool dude

Have to admire his bravado.
Alas, enjoy your one-way ticket to the depths of hell.

I read somewhere that his pinky was either "broken or dislocated" by how hard he was squeezing onto the chair during electrocution.. that's pretty crazy.

What gets me about the death penalty is the lack of confidence I have in the the prosecution. So many DAs here in Louisiana rely on not the smartest of assistants it seems.
I would hate for an innocent man to get fried BUT fry the guilty.
What is even worse IMHO is the convicted murderers that get the death penalty will have all kinds of lawyers step up to represent them. Those that simply get life are pretty much on their own. If they happen to be innocent they are pretty much screwed.
What I really want is the death penalty and competent prosecutors in every case. (Most are but unfortunately I know some that could not make it chasing ambulances on their own and are now ADAs and seem quite lazy.)

I mean it was part of a drug deal thirty years ago. I am not saying he isn't a bad guy but the other guys had to know what industry they were working in.

No doubt, if we're gonna have the death penalty, let' apply it while the victim's family can still remember the original crime at least. Jesus Christ, 30 years after the fact?
They should have a small number of death row cells available. You get put to death the day a new criminal gets sentenced to death. You stay alive until that happens. Imagine the nerves at that place.

Average cost to keep a prisoner to the state is $31,977.65.
So $959,329.50 was spent to keep a dead man alive.

quote:His relationship with his attorney strikes me as weird.
Zagorski's attorney Kelly Henry was nodding, smiling and tapping her heart just before the execution got underway. When asked about her actions, Henry said afterward: "I told him when I put my hand over my heart, that was me holding him in my heart." She said Zagorski told her the last thing he wanted to see was her smiling face, and so she made an effort to smile at him before the shroud was put over his face.
