A bank robbery suspect released at his arraignment under New York’s bail reforms wasted no time getting back to his illegal business, police sources said Saturday.
Gerod Woodberry was busted Wednesday in a string of bank robberies stretching back to Dec. 30.
He was released without bail Thursday, and at around 5:30 p.m. on Friday he became a “person of interest” in a bank robbery at a Chase branch on Flatbush Ave. near Nevins St. in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, sources said.

But at his arraignment, he was ordered released without bail because he was charged with robbery in the third degree and grand larceny, non-violent felonies that don’t meet the new state requirements for bail to be imposed.

No disguise or anything. He's not even trying to get away with it.

And Soros is bankrolling other DA's races around the country to dismantle criminal justice nationwide. Must be nice to put your shitbag candidate in office in a place you've never even visited and let the citizens there deal with the aftermath.

Honest question.......
How is any sort of bank robbery not immediately Federal?

NY is a crappy place to be when you have legislators like that. Since when is robbery a non-violent crime?

Ahhhh, Comrade DiBlasio and his wonderful world.

Criminals should not be allowed to vote. Wouldn’t have all these issues of politicians pandering to criminals

You can tell the same kind of stories here about people who make bail. Articles like this are propaganda pieces, just like the articles that ran in Louisiana anytime someone was rearrested after being released on parole after the law changed a few years ago. Funny that you haven’t seen any articles about that lately...
