I have to agree. It "hurt" listening to her. I could just imagine my wife having a similar reaction. Just the emotional dump after such a scary situation.

The way he was talking to Josie, I figured it was his daughter and not his wife

Go to YouTube and checked out a couple of the Joplin and Tuscaloosa tornado videos from 2011. One of the Joplin videos is one of the scariest things I've ever heard. I also found a video that was kind of overlooked at the time of the Tuscaloosa tornado in the Alberta City area that shows the tornado just barely missing the store. A couple of Middle Eastern owners of a tobacco shop filmed that tornado up close as debris started to fly around the parking lot. Google "facing deadly Tuscaloosa tornado". Wild video. Also "Duarte Tuscaloosa tornado". The videos from the Joplin tornado are scary to the point of being uncomfortable to listen to.

That's awful.

On a side note. If you just started watching the video at the point where it went dark with no understanding of what was going on, one might think it was some kind of sex tape. Lots of grunting, cussing, and moaning. (Is that wrong?)

This is why everyone should have a bug out bag for each member of the family, I know the word is attached to apocalypse peppers, but they are essential when you live in an area where a disaster like this is possible.

A more recent one from the April 2015 storm in Baton Rouge was posted in Wednesday's weather thread. It was filmed on board a tug in the Baton Rouge harbor.....I'm still mesmerized by it:
Those winds stay steadily high for about six minutes, unlikely those were tornado winds, too long lasting.

IMMEDIATE concern for neighbors - check

Biggest thing I noticed. Guy walks out to a destroyed house, sees his neighbors houses are wrecked and says, "I hope nobody's hurt."

Hope everything worked out for those people.

This video is old. I saw it a couple of years ago. Is someone trying to say it's recent?
