I am of the opinion he was the cranky old man of his neighborhood. The guy who is constantly threatening/bothering his neighbors. Who takes offense at everything and everyone around him. Would not surprise me if he bumped into the kid and started the argument and the kid did not back down. The fact he was walking around with (I would have to believe) a concealed handgun tells me he was looking for a confrontation. And the kid gave him one.

He is a good boy. He did not do anything.

Well, take your big mouth and approach and old ornery chap with a bad attitude and the result would most probably be to get shot in the gut.

The FBI is investigating this as a hate crime.

No, if the psycho violent man would not have shot him, he would still be alive. That we know with certainty

Damn. His mom and aunt are basically pleading for this to not turn into the next scene of BLM. They seem like good people. This situation just sucks.

According to another criminal complaint in Kanawha Magistrate Court, Pulliam struck his pregnant daughter in the face several times with a closed fist and kicked her in the stomach. He also shoved his wife to the ground during that incident, according to the complaint.

Yeah, someone should have shot and killed this guy long before he was able to kill this kid.

Indeed. This kid has also been a good Samaritan. I posted somewhere earlier in this thread about someone being caught in the mud or snow in this kid was the only one who helped push the strangers car out

Have you ever taken a step back and objectively looked at a scenario without a bunch of ancillary unnecessary outside nonsense?

That's just stupid. The shooter is a well established TPOS. It's a huge stretch to think he wouldn't have done the same thing to a white person, especially since he has a record that includes violent crimes against white people.

Also trying to figure out how you enhance murder.

No, to me it sounds knew of the street IS the real piece trash. Just no reason knew that wrong. Such a shame.

Nope. We have no way of knowing that. Given his propensity for violence, he could have come up on any number of people waiting to make him assume room temperature.

Wolf said he knows this neighborhood and that it is bad. That means there are bad guys there. He is lucky to have lived as long as he did. Those who look for violence can find it easily.

So you are saying even if the man would not have shot him, someone else would have shot this teenager, even though this teenager was by all accounts law abiding and nonviolent? The mental gymnastics is astounding.

Propensity for violence? There is nothing in this kids history that shows he has a propensity for violence. The man on the other hand has quite a history of violence . You said someone knows that the neighborhood is bad, and that may be correct. However you are implying that anyone who lives in such a neighborhood is violent. Again the only one with a history of violence in this story is the man . And he showed his propensity for violence again.

But sure, the kid running his mouth was grounds for him to get shot to death.

RA me all you want. So triggered, much safe place.

This board constantly hides behind any number of crude code words to fit your agenda. tPOS kills a kid in cold blood and so many of you rush to his aid, blaming the victim on the way out.

I hope you choke on your own snot.

Probably wasnt a good area. Not saying its an excuse to kill him, but the minority makes such a bad name for the majority, that I understand this argument. It amazes me that they dont have these problems outside the inner city in the North, that's because they know how to keep them out of their way.
