ot seeing it in the original article. It says "Pulliam struck his pregnant daughter in the face several times with a closed fist and kicked her in the stomach." You're an idiot with an agenda and you're the racist not me. Learn how to read and comprehend what you're reading.

I corrected that. BUt you keep defending the good ole baw and claim the teen was the TPOS, even though he has no history of TPOS behavior, except things you assume based on certain characteristics. ANd agenda? Your agenda is to defend the man and place the blame for the murder on the dead teen.

This is also irrelevant.
Nobody is refutting the fact that the shooter is a piece of shite.
That dosnt put him in the wrong about pulling the trigger.

what DOES put him in the wrong is that he was not in any imminent danger. That is why he was arrested and charged.

We've just been getting trolled by the OT's best self-hating white race-baiting poster. Im topped off on my internet outrage for the day, I suggest you pack it in too.
He is a willfully blind parrot.
Enjoy your turkey-day tomorrow!

Not defending him. He can rot in jail for the rest of his life for all I care. He won't be missed. The point I was making is that I don't believe the teens were innocent. This back and forth between the teens and the old man has been going on for a while it seems with both sides at fault. The teen mad a very stupid decision to cross the street and escalate the confrontation. Both sides to blame. However, a 60 something year old man can't fight a young man and his lawyer will argue that he was forced to use the gun. The teen character shows because he was starting shite with someone that can't fight back. I've had old men yell at me when I was 15 - 18 years old. Never once did I think I needed to scare or intimidate the old man. I just laughed it off. It's kinda like when a woman yell's at you that their going to beat your arse. You just smile and laugh and say okay sarcastically. What was he trying to prove by going across the street to confront him? He was trying to act big and bad and it backfired.

It should also be noted that you don't mention one bad thing about the old man, even though it is he who has a history of criminal behavior.

62 is not really that physically old. ANd he obviously can and does throw down, at least with his wife and pregnant daughter. Man has a history of being a hot head. Nothing so far, shows that the kid was, other than your ASSUMPTION that the kid was going to jump him.

I can't continue with this all night. I can argue a point and you can argue a point. I'm not his lawyer and I'm not trying to defend him. You missed my sentence were I said he could rot in jail for the rest of his life and not be missed. The old man was most definitely a POS but his faults don't absolve the teens from their poor decisions that cost one his life.

62 is pretty old to be throwing down. You're way past your physical prime at 62 my man.

So this story interests you? Let me see if I understand your angle. An old white man shoots a young black man after a verbal argument. This means the old white man is a racist. This old white man is a representation of most white peoples feelings towards blacks. Is this your angle?

If not, what was it about this senseless altercation that inspired you to post the story? Would you have posted had both men been white.....or black? Just wondering where this senseless altercation directed your thoughts when you first read it to make you want to bring to our attention.

ETA: Based on the articles, the kid did not demonstrate the means or intent to kill or seriously injure the old man. He was not in fear of his life. This should be a slam dunk for an even moderately competent DA. And yet I think he will probably walk.

Honey, he is not going to walk on this one.

Seriously bro, you can make your point without being a racist. Hating someone solely for the pigmentation of their skin is just ignorant.

Not your honey. Sorry.

And sorry, a jury trial is a lot different than a message board. Should he walk? Absolutely not. Could he walk? Yes.

You obviously know nothing about Charleston, West Virginia.

If the stupid punk would've just kept his mouth shut after the initial confrontation he'd still be alive.

There is absolutely no reason to pick inconsequential fights with strangers, much less someone you know is an unbalanced violent person, over stupid shite.

As Dennis Reynolds said "he doesn't know who I am. I could He a psycho with a trunk full of hammers and zip ties.

The altercation happened, words were exchanged, then the situation ended. That's where it should've stopped.

You decide to escalate a situation with a well known dangerous psycho who you have a history with and then advance on him and you share some of the responsibilities.

No one in this thread is defending the psycho for murder but this innocent blameless victim mentality is a problem.

It's like that Bill Burr "no reason" skit.

When people run into each other why don't they both say excuse me and just move on?

The old man is a jackass and the kid was a jackass. If Pops kicked his pregnant daughter in the stomach he should have been in prison already.

He may walk on this due to the kid approaching him with malice. I am unsure if the weapons charge compounds it.
