Would I be correct to assume it would take a miracle for the fire ravaged areas to not mudslide when it finally rains?

You would be 100% spot on with that.

That includes many people who lost their homes and livelihoods, and also some who lost their family members.

He is just being an arse. There are better ways to disagree with the reporting on performance of the various leaders and workers involved than calling everyone including victims fricking lunatics.

This might be one of the wildest things I've ever seen (assuming it's not photoshopped).

Yes! And it's all due to Climate Change triggered by Big Oil's negligence!

That's the Propaganda Message. In three years, this is what everybody's phone will tell them to think, and that's what they will think.

I disagree with this wholeheartedly.

While her practices can be reviewed, she was not prepared for this, and it was NOT her fault. This is the fault of her superiors but of course they are going to throw this lady under the bus.

I hope Kristen goes down fighting. This is where conservatives and democrats can work together and not allow these bastards like Karen Bass to shite all over this woman. I believe Kristen actually cares about her job. Sometimes we all let things we should not cloud our judgement.

I am harder on women than almost anyone else on this site but this is wrong.

They are flat out lying in their filing and its disgusting. They should all be ashamed of themselves for this.

Holy cow that is a hell of a take down. All valid points and she absolutely should be let go.

I'd be more interested in a comparison of inhabited land that was burned overlaid with New Orleans. That's not taking anything away from the damage, but it would be more accurate as to impact.

Tell that to the people whose houses have been destroyed or to the victims who died in the fire.

If she truly wasn't raising the alarm as often as possible about the budget and they were slashing it left and right, then she absolutely is at fault here.
