Ben Affleck's home in the luxurious Los Angeles suburb of Brentwood was visited by the FBI on Sunday, Fox News Digital can confirm.

Photographs taken outside the rental residence show agents outside the actor's property. FBI spokesperson Laura Eimiller confirmed that agents were stationed in the area.

"Members of the FBI's Ground Intercept task force are conducting activity in the area of the Palisades fire. Agents and our local partners may be visible throughout the area, including at residences, for this reason," Eimiller explained.

This is his rental with JLO. He purchased a different house in the Pacific Palisades back in July which survived fire.

I don’t know what may have started close enough for FBI to be walking this specific area of Brentwood, or if anyone was still living in house after he bought the earlier mentioned house.

This is all good and well but the part you needa remember is american culture follows california culture.

Based on some responses here, itll be acceptable in five years for mayors to stand there ignoring questions during an ongoing disaster.

And another. These are the ones (including that Ventura fire Bobby shared), in odd places, that seem like likely arson to me.

That’s when we closed the ozone hole by getting rid of hairspray. Maybe we should bring it back.

if people want a real, legitimate piece of policy to go after in regards to the Palisades Fire the fact that the LAFD doesn't appear to have a policy of keeping close mandatory watch on fires that have recently been extinguished is a good area to focus on. I don't know for certain, but it seems that no one followed up on that fire, and it wasn't department policy to do so.

Failing to keep tabs on previously burned areas, particularly in the face of a well-forecast Santa Ana Wind event and a looming extremely critical fire weather day is a big, big problem. It is an even bigger issue when you understand how close the original Lachman Fire was to heavily populated areas.

No, no, no. No one could have done anything differently here. Nothing could have prevented this, so I was told yesterday anyway

Not a CENT to CA until NC is taken care of. FEMA just kicked 2,000+ families out and closed shelters due to "weather." Those families? Living in tents. In the freezing weather. With small children.

At what point are we going to realize that humans are starting most of these fires now to create chaos?

We can sit here all day and blame climate, wind, cigarettes, but we all know.

They still do controlled burns in the Sierra Mountains for sure but its a scaled back version Im sure. I saw many signs saying not to report fires while touring the area.
