Well, energy prices are the reason for all of the other high prices you mentioned…

Trouble is, when energy prices go down, inflation does go down. However, prices do not go down.

10K mi/ 15 mpg. X $4/gal = $2,666/yr
10K mi/ 15 mpg. X $3/gal = $2,009/yr

10K mi/ 40 mpg x $4/gal =. $1,000/yr (RAV-4)

Grocery prices, yes. My insurance and utilities , no. These industries cite anything and everything possible to justify higher rates. They were high before this current jump in fuel prices. And I was pissed about it then.

I'm averaging 25 mpg in my truck. I drive a lot. The gas prices aggravate the hell out of me but the reality is that its a small % of my income that I'm spending on it and I shouldn't worry.

The weirdest thing to me is grown men being worried about if their vehicle looks cool

I went from driving 90-120 on the interstate to 70-80.

I drove to Miami and back so that was an extra $150 in gas. I will now just drive a little less and enjoy watching the terrorist's pain as we slowly suffocate them.

We have plenty of crude and gas, but the worldwide market manipulators are responsible for our temporary hike. Also, there are plenty of downstream price gougers on everything else, claiming rising fuel prices are the reason they have gone up so high, while banking record profits.

No. I don’t drive my F250 enough to bother me. I only use it for hunting, fishing and yard work. Have a a Tesla as my daily.
