Seems like thousands that are in a mass at the base of a pecan tree in my backyard. Hopefully they stay back there and die soon.

We are at the camp this week, and we have been discussing exactly this with our neighbors. We have a riverside (that we all refer to as the front), but most people think of the roadside as the front. They have been congregating on the porch on the riverside and it has been going on for weeks, per our neighbors. We used to see them every year on the roadside but rarely on the riverside. Nobody has any idea what is different this year.
