If they are changing it to a 240 hour suspension, does he get back pay for the rest of the time he was terminated?

He got railroaded anyway. Administrations don’t like it when they can’t “hurt you” so they look for reasons and generally go overboard if they find one.

I doubt it. He is probably making a couple hundred thousand a year with that many followers.
