So how are they getting it? Asymptomatic gaurds?
I've been in jail and the closest contact to a non prisoner is the arresting officer and the lady taking your blood, which I always assumed was to test for STDs and what not before they sent you to population.

Same way it’s getting into nursing homes
The first case at my Grandpas nursing home showed up last week
There are now 2 positives & 2 more they think will test positive
