MLK street is one that you don’t want to be caught on in any town.

No matter what city it is, the correct answer is always "MLK Drive"
Ponchatoula doesn’t have a MLK anything. So far we have been able avoid all of that foolishness of renaming shite and tearing stuff down.

Not many streets in New Iberia I'd feel safe on

Not true. Savanah GA MLK Blvd is very safe.
There’s blocks and blocks of projects on MLK Boulevard in Savannah.
A definition of “very safe” means walkable at night.
I certainly ain’t walking that street at night.

Louisiana is a state.
Since it would appear that you are a simple person, let me take this opportunity to explain to you. As the individual cities in Louisiana are plentiful and would be difficult to enumerate, the original poster referred to them collectively as "Louisianaians", meaning the question of "What is the most dangerous street in your city?" is directed any anyone that lives within Louisiana's borders, inclusive of any city.

Baton Rouge so almost all of them.

I would say Plank but everytime I visit Delmont Village for Tony’s, it really doesn’t seem that bad

You seem to be one of those humans that do not do what is in their best interest. If you are up for the challenge go to the Fisherville neighborhood and stroll down East Mill Street from Hwy 171 to Shattuck Street.
You might not get your arse parked in the Graceland-Orange Grove graveyard if you bring an ice chest of 40 oz. malts and a bag of weed with rolling papers.
