“Anchor stores of shopping malls with exterior doors accessible by the public will be allowed to be open to the public at 25% of their State Fire Marshal capacity. Interior mall stores can continue to offer their goods for sale to the public for curbside delivery”
WTF is the logic in this???????

the 25% thing seems tough to enforce.

Massage establishments, spas, tattoo parlors, and all other places of public amusement from 52 JBE 2020 remain closed.
Wtf. I can’t get a massage or a tattoo but Karen and Lashaunda can get their nails done?

I’d imagine a lot of barbers are allowed a lot more people in their establishments by code than they have chairs to seat. So they may be able to get away with a higher % of customers. Same with some restaurants. How many places are laid out to seat their max capacity?

That's a very good point. Most places will be completely open.

So restaurants have to have their tables space style it’s not a matter of just seating people at every other table the mandate says they have to have the tables space so my question is where are these restaurants going to store all this extra tables and chairs that they’re not able to use that they can’t keep in the places that they’re normally at.

How do you open a church to 25% as a religious person? That is BS. God has no favors

If you owned a rest would you turn people a way when you have the space?

But capacity aside, social distancing requirements will still require a lot of places to rope off or remove tables. At least I’d assume it would.

They are still going to have to keep adequate distance between tables. Maybe they can stick another one or two in a bar area, but it's not going to be jam packed.

Thats why they are required to remove the table and chairs from the dining area Unless they are bolted to the floor.
