Does the company match the HSA Contribution.
My general argument for HSA is that just the difference in the premium (Put into HSA) plus an HSA match generally is better than PPO with lower deductible but guaranteed out of pocket each year due to higher premiums. Unless you know you will meet y...

I do this but just in 1/4th some pieces fall off but most stays together if you don't cut too deep....

I hear through industry rumors that OXY is going to be purchased by Chevron or Exxon. Not sure if that would be a good or bad thing for shareholders....

Ok well that is a solid background. There is a huge demand for engineers right now in Oil and Gas. Don't sell yourself short on salary but as you mentioned money isn't everything....

They are low balling you. Are you electrical? I manage the electrical group for a small consulting firm and hire Electrical PEs in Houston with 5-10 years experience @$135-$145k and we rarely have to work overtime. Let me know if you want to talk....

If you got a flat bottom the stand thing you are talking about is not really useful. Those are to cradle a round bottom Wok.
Get a good wok spatula and ladle....

The days left are if we stopped producing. We still produce about the daily demand so the number will stay around 25days until the EPA allows some east coast refinery to re-open.
That is my understanding at least....

If you factor in the premium cost and add it to the max out of pocket you will see your maximum exposure. HDHP is usually better financially even if it feels more expensive when you pay the doctor. And you get to keep the HSA contributions if not used....

Get the offer. Find out what they think you are worth then approach your current Company to see if they think you are worth that too. Then make a decision....

I currently have both, Tesla for around town and Yukon XL for towing and vacation. EVs are a pain on road trips. You end up spending more on food than saving on gas....
