Little bit of a tool move to release that info before the Governor. Politics always rule here. Sad.

I’m assuming this is building occupancy capacity and not “chair” capacity.

Otherwise all salons with less than 8 chairs would still be forced to close

They had to put it out there in case JBE lied to them again.

When the very, very attractive Dr in the city said we have had decreases for 28 days... we had to do something. Maybe JBE is trying to catch up and move us to a phase 1.5 or something...

Will last two weeks before people get tired of the BS and 25% turns into 100%
it has been more than 25% for 2 weeks. A lot of places are going to just open up to 100% starting Friday, if not tomorrow.

Knoxville is doing 28 days of Phase 1... but we did go straight to 50% occupancy.

Except theaters, those are still closed.

I am shocked

I know this has to be huge for restaurants & staff

For some it's great news and will help. However, I have to wonder if this is worthwhile for restaurants like Commander's, for example. I think it might be too costly to try to operate at only 25%.
