I read the comments on Facebook posts and people of a particular race were saying that this was targeting their race.

I never saw any mention from law enforcement what the race of these individuals was.

So would it be racist or stereotyping if I said that a specific race was known for this type of behavior in NOLA?

Are people in Livingston parish doing the same? Riding dirt bikes and 4 wheelers and golf carts on the road.

Yes or No

Your answer is the answer you seek.

LOL they should stop them too. In some neighborhoods golf carts are legal. Many of those ATVs in New Orleans are stolen. Keep reaching.

Holy Jesus. Just had to re-watch 12 O'clock Boys on Tubi to refresh my memory. Wow. This had to have been the genesis of not only atv and bikes running amok, but they used YouTube as well, back in 2010 or so. These B'Mores are animals It's the first look at road, intersection and city "takeovers" we see now but w cars.

Kids getting tattoos at 12, and everyone younger in a 10 mile radius had zero shot at life. Must watch.

If rednecks in Livingston Parish are riding their 4wheelers on I-12 doing wheelies and messing with traffic they should be arrested and seized just like these were. Not only are these groups a menace, their actions are dangerous for everyone else on the road. I don’t think John Boy riding little Braxxtyn on his jacked up golf cart down a subdivision street is the same thing as what the people in Nola are doing.
