Baton Rouge and Shreveport are extremely violent as well. The entire state has a violence problem.

So does Monroe.

It looks like financial safety is the worst metric for LA.

I understand that southern and near southern states are dangerous. But WTF with Montana?

Redskins. They're still a problem.

Yes. The heavily democrat cities in those states, save for Montana, are the main reasons for the danger.

Let's be honest here. There really isn't any safe place to be in the former Constitutional Republic of the United States of America. Violent crime is spreading like slow moving lava from an active volcano.

They're releasing hardened criminals from prison everyday, They're not altar boys either. What throat cutting criminals not released from prison, are coming across our southern border.

Have you seen what these cartel assassins do to their enemies? Including women. Yikes!

Just stay out of Areas with Dem House Reps and you’ll be fine.

"Financial Safety"- no, that's a different list. One can be poor and safe.

The rural areas are filled with methheads and fentanyl addicts. The cities aren’t the only areas producing crime.

You stay in the Dem areas and I do the opposite. Who gets murdered first?

This should not only raise some flags but should also be ammo for the candidates running for governor and mayor. They appointed the dullest and dumbest sycophants with no leadership ability to run the show with the police. So we are left to our own devices for protection. I get pissed off about a bunch of things that Louisiana ranks dead last in, but this one infuriates me. There is no excuse that we should fear our own safety on top of all the other bullshite that comes with being a Louisiana citizen.

Keep lying to yourself. The danger in La is due to NOLA, BR, Shreveport, Monroe and the like.

Tennessee is safe if you stay out of Memphis and don’t drive up somebody’s hollow.

Even the rural parts of the state are unsafe. People just bury their head in the sand and blame the cities.

Yeah, it’s the rural parts of the state that view the previous year’s murder rate and say “hold my beer.”

If they would fix the water issue in Jackson we could jump Texas for the # 3 spot.
