It's 37 here in Pigeon Forge.
Not sure if we will get any sleet tomorrow but it shouldn't be bad.
Y'all have fun back home!

Just looking at the radar in LC and the trajectory of this storm, it sure doesn’t look as dense right now. Sure is a lot of scattered rain from the SE to NE at the moment. Unless something in the gulf kicks up even more moisture, I’m not gonna buy the half inch of ice.

For the record, I’m not saying we won’t get ANYTHING, I’m just saying the totals may be less than anticipated.

What will it take for the I-10 (new) bridge to close? I need to get to Zachary tomorrow from the west side and don't want to get stuck there. The Audubon is already closed. Which usually closes first, the 190 or I-10 bridge?

HRRR for BR tomorrow.

This depicts hours of moderate to heavy freezing rain for the BR region. With temperatures in BR currently at freezing or below, my concern for Baton Rouge in terms of ice amount is rising tonight.

Sure am glad I drove back from Baton Rouge early today. I would have been in bind trying to get to my apt with the closures.
