News for all of you. It’s not bad to have less population. Also, there are 2 kinds of welfare. DC decides where they send welfare for poor people and where to send government contracts, R&D money, etc etc. if you swapped the type of welfare Louisiana gets and the type Massachusetts gets, the education of population would change. TWO TYPES of welfare !!!

Good. The less people I have to be around the better.

Dem governors?
And as far as welfare goes, California has the most people on snap. It’s more than the population of Louisiana.
In 2022 Louisiana was at 4.59 million people.

Why are people leaving Vermont?

You ever been? Among other reasons, there isn’t much in the way of economic activity. ETA, it looks like VT is flat and is not losing people.
As for Louisiana, it’s amazing what an outlier it is in the South.

It’s really nice seeing Ohio and Indiana, the two lone Red States in the Midwest, still growing. Central Ohio is absolutely BOOMING right now and will be one of the fastest growing areas in America over the next two decades. Both have Republican dominated State Legislatures. The rest of the Midwest should pay attention…

Texas and Florida housing market must be on fire. 400k of people in a year is a lot

91k in SC is a far bigger increase from a % standpoint.
