Do we have any clarity on if the pill was picked up from a pharmacy in Louisiana… is it forbidden for a Louisiana pharmacy to fill the script???
Posted on 2/1/25 at 1:15 pm to lepdagod
If the drug is illegal I doubt the pharmacy would have it.

The doctor mailed the pill from NY to her house.

Not in New York
Correct she was in NY but she sent a prescription to LA. The mother didn’t go to NY for the prescription. The doctor will have a tough time proving other wise knowing damn well this state makes it illegal. And if she honestly thought the mom was going to use it you still have to evaluate a pt for a serious drug like that. Over the phone isn’t cutting it. I think she loses. Regardless if she’s found guilty and NY refuses extradition she will still lose her medical license. That alone will be devastating to her. FAFO.

Well I can tell you when I purchase drum mags or extended clip mags, they have notes on the website not available to purchase for CA residents or will be shipped to that state. I woukd think they woukd take killing babies more serious than mags that hold a few extra rounds. But these are democrats we are talking about….
I tried to buy a vape pen for thc pods and I couldn’t because I live in Louisiana.
This is just a battery btw. Weed was not included.

Why are the pubs obsessed with forcing birth on literal children, even in cases of rape and incest?
You forced a girl to kill her child.
And democrats should stop diddling little kids.
Y’all got mad over a movie that was about saving kids from traffickers.

New York is not going to arrest or extradite.
This is going to end up in federal court and possibly the SC.

What's the civil statute of limitations? If she wanted the baby and was forced to take the pill, or it was snuck into her food, she might be able to call a billboard lawyer as soon as she's 18.
The doctor ignored best medical practices by not doing an in person evaluation and by not confirming gestational age (even the drug maker says don't take it after 10 weeks).

This same doctor is getting sued in Texas as well.

Excellent, looking forward to locking her up in Angola.
They gonna send her to the men’s penitentiary?

The pro-choice crew will side with whatever results in a dead baby.
Some people are pro-life
Some people are pro-abortion

These are three distinct ideologies, but people often conflate pro-choice and pro-abortion

Not really. For the pro-choicers, one of the choices HAS to be abortion. If abortion isn't one of the options, they aren't onboard.

I don't know if this was the situation, and when it does the per cent of time is so small. If the girl was raped, and tried to get the pill within a couple days as a safeguard are people still against that?

Imagine deputies from West Baton Rouge Parish traveling up there with Tony to arrest the doctor.

Hell, you can’t even have a radar detector shipped to Virginia.

So I can venmo a hooker in Vegas where it’s legal and she can fly to Louisiana to have sex with me where it’s not?
Prostitution is not legal in Vegas and the rest of Clark Co. Nevada. Only counties with less than 700,000 residents. Clark Co. and Vegas both exceed this amount of residents. Prostitution is only legal in 10 of the 17 counties in Nevada.

You can't just grab someone even if you have a warrant. You have to go through the extradition process.
The doctor will have to stay in New York.

There are also those that think abortion is morally wrong but should be legal (with restrictions). Overall it’s better for society for these unwanted children to not enter this world.
