At this rate we’ll need -1000 vents by June 1.

JBE will still say we are at capacity and need more

Vents decreased by 10

JBE is pissed

Politicizing people’s deaths. Sad!

You understand that this means a significant amount of people went on the vent because it didn’t drop proportional with deaths right?

Believe we're expected to see rising totals until April 10th

You understand vents were still increasing everyday, usually by around 50, so a drop in vents means the percentage of growth fell, right?

No, you clearly don’t understand

Why did cases take a decline?

As others pointed out, fewer processed on Sundays has been a trend. But, the last few dates were also higher because they were clearing through some backlogs

Ventilator numbers down.
Hospitalizations slowed growth.

Good news I suppose.

Those numbers are twice as many as Georgia. Crazy.

Yeah, I think everyone understands that. You don’t seem to understand the point, which is that JBE is making a deal about not having enough vents, and this is evidence (I don’t say proof) that he’s wrong.

Why April 10th? JBE’s tweet showed a daily increase in hospitalizations through early May. By that rationale I would expect deaths to increase as well. Unless the model is crap, which I think it very likely is as it predicts almost no hospitalizations by July. Is this thing supposed to just disappear?

People need to understand, 68 people did not die the past 24 hours. Those deaths likely happened over a few days. They are just being counted now because test results are coming back and cause of death has been established

Each weekend has seen a decline in numbers.

I think that’s pretty self explanatory
