Disappear? No. What retard thinks that?

We get a better handle on it with better understanding of treatment and more supplies?

It’s possible.

Get ready for mid July. Dead serious. As others have posted , predictive modeling from corporate Risk Management says 6–18 months of this.

If people stay their butts home we will turn a corner, but it's doubtful. I had someone roll up unannounced at my house today for a visit. They are not my family, just someone who thinks visiting others is essential.

That would explain the oh so generous four months of unemployment.

do you not notice the public outcry already after 1 week?

what do you think its going to be if we are still on this order in June?

not to mention there will have to be another stimulus package if we are still shutting businesses down in June

No one is staying home now. Prop stop must be essential. JBE is proving his impotence

Yeah, exactly. There's a shite ton of people at Lowe's that aren't buying shite that's essentials at all. There's a bunch of yuppies on this board though that are claiming everyone that is out and about must be buying essentials and just a bit of extras while they're there...lol dumb fricks. There's a shite ton of people buying projects the work on....and that's it. I have no problem with that, let freedom ring...but can those of you acting like these people are just buying essentials.....stop.

How long do we continue to put up with this shite? I think we as Americans are understanding to a point but will soon reach a point of pushback against politicians (who will continue to be paid without interruption) continuing to shut down our life without thought to its impact. We're talking about over a month and a half of this shite. frick that.

Do you have any idea how many patients from outside parishes New Orleans and Jefferson Parish hospitals are caring for?

Why don’t you tell us how many, since you clearly have that data?

comments are always curious to me, do you believe the virus is just going to magically disappear in a few weeks time?

No you stupid frick. It’s never going away. No matter how long people stay inside or how many die, test positive, recover, or never catch it, it’s never going away. When the fricking sky screamers accept this, we can go back to working and try to salvage what’s left of the economy. Acting like staying inside and avoiding contact with others is foolish.

No matter what we do now, this virus is never going away and people will always die from it in some form or number.

This is the problem with this type of action by state and local governments.

When will it end? Who knows? What are the metrics associated with "success" by which we re-open the economy? Who knows?

Honor Choad and his retarded Gumbopac advisors are mental midgets and it is frightening that the LA economy is in their feeble hands.

Governments are terrible at making decision to begin with and even worse at making any decision with urgency (unless it's a knee-jerk reaction to cover ones arse).

Mark my words when Trump says to go back to work all of these democratic governors will be pushing back like mules.
