Bel spent his first term proving again and again he DGAF about jobs in Louisiana as long as he has someone to tax, and someone for his buddies to sue. I’m sure he is more than willing to put more Louisiana businesses out of work if he can help Nancy and Chuck try to give OMB a black eye.
