In all these threads everyone blames all of the states problems on the group of people who were either not allowed to vote or restricted from voting for most of modern time. Who came up with the idea to blame the people who couldn’t vote, attend most schools and universities, join clubs and organizations, and live in certain neighborhoods for all the problems in the state? It seems to me the people who made it that way are the problem.
