Thanks in advance for your help.

I'll check with my buyer. He'll let my concierge know, and then my assistant will advise. BRB.

Rolex specifically? If I were in market right now I'd buy an AP.

I have a Datejust 2 that I love. It was only a little above $7k too.

Owlie is going to be pissed if he's stuck in a wheelchair while you've got a Rolex on each wrist

How poetic. Rummy's got two Rollies and so does tigerdroppings: Owlie and OweO

Well, what type of Rolex interests you? The market is fairly unstable now especially the secondary market but I expect the hot models to cool off over the next few months, maybe not the Daytona and steel Pepsi GMTs though.

Buying any of the hot models new unless you have a long history with an AD is still practically impossible because Rolex has been shut down for COVID.

At 15K there are a lot of excellent options that are better watches than Rolex.

You should be targeting about a 20k one now shouldn't you?

I’ll sell you my wife’s datejust which probably would fit your wrist and I’ll throw her in with the sale.

I think it really depends on who you are. Style is personal.

The 1016 Explorer is my favorite Rolex.

If I was buying a watch right now, I would get a Vacheron or Patek dress watch.

I just want a dress watch though.

Not many desirable APs are available under $15k. Maybe an older ROO that likely needs service.
