Exactly.
The woman who made the video is not some "ghetto chicken" looking for free meal.
She's a Nurse Practitioner in Baton Rouge.
She didn't "act a fool" or cause a scene.
She simply asked why she was allowed to wear that outfit in the past and why the waiter was allowed to wear slutty fishnet stockings.
Valid questions.

Curiosity got the best of me so we decided to go to Stabs one Saturday night.
The crowd there had me thinking that we were on a value cruise ship because of the attire and behavior of the diners.
There was not much about the place that would have me going back. It’s a shame, it sure looked like they spent a lot of money on the renovation.

The dress wasn't that bad. But more importantly, did Stabs really need this smoke? I know it's Bocage so they probably think they're above it...but it's still Baton Rouge.

Why would they apologize? They should take advantage of this and start enforcing an actual dress code.
This is free publicity. If word gets out that there is a black boycott of Stabs, business will boom.
